Website QA Audits and Monthly Reports

WebTesterPro tests important website journeys, documents the evidence and explains what should be prioritised.

Choose a one-off assessment or use recurring monthly reports to track the website's condition over time.

Baseline Website QA Audit — £495

A one-off, independent QA audit that establishes exactly where your website stands. We test the agreed pages and customer journeys on desktop and mobile, document every issue with evidence, and give you a prioritised action plan and a baseline QA score for future comparison.

The baseline audit is valuable on its own and is not credited against monthly plans. Larger, ecommerce or technically complex websites may require a custom quotation.

A monthly report that shows exactly what changed

Each month, WebTesterPro carries out a fresh scheduled QA review and compares the findings with the previous report.

You receive a clear record of new issues, outstanding risks, completed fixes and the highest-priority action for the next month.

What every monthly report contains

  • Executive summary and current QA score
  • Comparison with the previous month
  • Scope, browsers and devices tested, and journeys reviewed
  • New, outstanding and resolved issues
  • Screenshots and reproduction evidence
  • Severity and business-impact assessment
  • Top three current risks and highest-priority next action
  • Suggested focus for next month

Issue tracking, month to month

Every finding is tracked across reports so you always know where things stand:

New issues  Outstanding  Resolved

The website QA score is a practical indicator based on the agreed scope, severity of current findings and condition of the tested customer journeys.

Focused audits and fix verification

Focused QA Audit — from £295

A targeted one-off audit of a specific area — a single journey, a new feature, a redesigned page set or a suspected problem area — with the same evidence-led reporting as the baseline audit.

Request a Focused Audit

Fix Verification Retest — £149

Your developer says an issue is fixed — we retest it independently and confirm, with evidence, whether the fix works. Within a monthly plan, fix verification happens as part of the next scheduled report unless purchased separately.

Quarterly reviews for stable websites

Not every website changes enough to justify a monthly review forever. After the baseline audit and an initial three-month reporting period, stable websites may move to a quarterly QA review where appropriate, keeping the issue register, QA score and journey coverage up to date.

Quarterly reviews are scoped and priced at the end of the initial monthly period — we won't bill you for repetitive reports a stable website doesn't need.

Add scheduled checks between monthly reviews

Monthly audits provide discovery, professional judgement and broad customer-journey coverage. Scheduled automated checks add repetition by checking a small number of agreed journeys between reports.

What the monthly audit provides

  • Human exploration and wider functional review
  • Usability observations and discovery of unexpected issues
  • Retesting and business-impact assessment
  • Prioritised recommendations

What scheduled checks add

  • Repetition of specifically agreed journeys
  • Faster detection of failures in those journeys
  • Screenshots or technical evidence from failed runs
  • Alerts at an agreed frequency, and a record that informs the next monthly report
Optional add-on

One journey

From £99/month

One agreed customer journey checked automatically at an agreed schedule between monthly reports.

Optional add-on

Up to three journeys

From £149/month

Up to three agreed customer journeys checked automatically at an agreed schedule between monthly reports.

Checks run at an agreed schedule and cover only the specifically documented journeys. Automated checks do not include website repair, emergency support or a guarantee that every possible website problem will be detected.

Clear scope, agreed before work begins

Every audit and monthly plan works to an agreed scope: the pages and customer journeys to review, and a defined risk-based browser and device matrix agreed before the first review. The page and journey limits describe the agreed review scope rather than every possible page, browser, device and data combination.

Performance, broken links, SSL and accessibility observations may appear as supporting findings where relevant, alongside the functional and usability testing at the core of every review. Testing follows the agreed scope and prioritises the pages and journeys with the greatest customer or business impact.
