Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and WebTesterPro, a trading name of CloudhostUK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("WebTesterPro", "we", "us").
By purchasing a service or engaging our services, you confirm you have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
Services
WebTesterPro provides independent website QA services as described on our website and in your chosen service. This includes but is not limited to:
- One-off website QA audits (baseline and focused)
- Recurring scheduled monthly QA reviews delivered as monthly QA reports
- Quarterly QA reviews, where agreed after an initial monthly period
- Fix verification retesting
- Optional scheduled automated journey checks, as a separately agreed add-on
Scheduled monthly reviews are human-led assessments carried out once per agreed review window. Optional automated journey checks are a distinct add-on: they run at an agreed schedule and cover only the specifically documented journeys. Neither service is continuous or real-time monitoring, and neither includes emergency support.
Testing is limited to the agreed scope: the agreed pages, customer journeys and a defined risk-based browser and device matrix agreed before the first review. Full checkout testing requires a staging environment, sandbox or dedicated test account where a real transaction must be avoided. Where this is unavailable, testing covers the journey up to the agreed payment step.
We do not guarantee that all possible issues will be detected. We do not repair websites or provide development services; reports are an independent assessment for you and your developer to act on.
Service levels
Scheduled reviews
Monthly plans include one scheduled QA review per agreed monthly review window. Fix verification of previous findings happens within the next scheduled report unless purchased separately. Quarterly review arrangements, where agreed, follow the same model on a quarterly schedule.
Optional automated journey checks
Where purchased as an add-on, automated checks run at the agreed frequency and cover only the specifically documented journeys. When a check fails, the agreed alert includes available failure evidence. Alerts do not include emergency repair or an unlimited support response; the exact frequency, notification process and response scope are agreed before setup.
Support response times
Queries are answered by email with a response target of one business day. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays. Response targets are aims, not guarantees.
Report delivery
The expected delivery date for each audit or report is confirmed before work begins and depends on the selected service, agreed scope and current availability. If a report is delayed, we'll notify you proactively. Priority turnaround, where offered, is subject to capacity and is not a guaranteed emergency turnaround.
Payment & billing
One-off services are billed on order or as agreed. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and begin with an initial three-month term, after which they continue monthly. Annual plans provide twelve scheduled monthly reports for the price of eleven and are billed annually in advance. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due on the first day of each billing period. We reserve the right to suspend the service if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
Complex websites — including ecommerce, SaaS, membership platforms, multiple user roles or integrations — may require a custom quotation before work begins.
Prices may be updated with 30 days' written notice. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect without penalty.
Cancellation
Monthly plans run for an initial three-month term. After that term you may cancel at any time by contacting us by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Stable websites may, by agreement, transition to a quarterly QA review instead of cancelling. We do not offer refunds for partial months or for annual plans part-way through the billed year, except as required by law.
We may terminate or suspend your service if you breach these Terms or if your account is significantly overdue. In such cases, we will give reasonable notice where possible.
Client responsibilities
To provide effective testing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your website, including URLs and — where required and agreed through a secure channel — test account details
- Provide safe test data and, where needed, a staging environment, sandbox or dedicated test account for scenarios where live transactions must be avoided
- Keep us informed of significant site changes that may affect the agreed scope (e.g. checkout redesigns, new login flows)
- Not use our services to test websites you do not own or have authority over
- Notify us if any test credentials or access details change
Never send passwords or sensitive access details through the public contact form; secure access arrangements are agreed after the initial scope discussion. Any test credentials you provide are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of the agreed testing. We will never use them for any other purpose.
Liability
WebTesterPro provides QA services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for losses arising from website failures that occurred before an engagement began, between scheduled reviews, or that were not detectable within the agreed scope and test configuration. We have no obligation to fix websites and no emergency-response obligation.
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
Test scripts, report templates and check configurations created by WebTesterPro remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain full ownership of your website and any data it contains.
Audit and monthly QA reports are provided for your internal use. You may share them with your team or clients but not resell them without our permission (agency white-label arrangements excluded under their agreement).
Data & confidentiality
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Test credentials and site access details are treated as confidential and never shared with third parties.
Screenshots captured during testing are stored securely and shared with you as part of reports and, where applicable, agreed alerts. They are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use our service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
