Clear QA pricing for one-off and monthly website reviews

Start with an independent baseline audit or choose recurring monthly reports that track new, outstanding and resolved website issues.

QA is easiest to justify when a failed journey has a real cost

Use the prices below against the risk you are trying to reduce: lost enquiries, failed bookings, checkout friction, delayed launches or repeated client support noise.

£495 baseline

Before more marketing spend

Find form, mobile and landing-page issues before paid traffic exposes them repeatedly.

Start with the lowest-risk buying decision

If the right scope is not obvious yet, the baseline audit is usually the cleanest first step. It creates the evidence, priorities and issue register needed to shape a sensible monthly QA plan.

I need to know what is wrong now

Choose the baseline audit. Best for one website where the current risks are unknown.

This is only a guide. The scope is still checked before any work begins, so you are not pushed into a larger audit than you need.

Baseline Website QA Audit

Best when you need a clear starting position: issue register, evidence, QA score and priorities for one website.

  • Up to 20 important pages
  • Up to three agreed customer journeys
  • One-off £495 starting point
Request Baseline Audit

Baseline Website QA Audit

A one-off independent audit covering up to 20 pages, up to three customer journeys, desktop and mobile, and two agreed browsers — on one website or test environment. You receive functional and usability testing, an initial issue register, screenshots and reproduction evidence, severity and business-impact ratings, a baseline QA score, prioritised recommendations, a suggested monthly-report scope and a professional PDF report.

Larger, ecommerce or technically complex websites may require a custom quotation. If you later move to monthly QA, the baseline audit becomes the starting issue register and comparison point for future reports.

What is broken

A practical issue register covering the agreed pages and customer journeys.

How it was proven

Screenshots, reproduction steps, tested devices, browsers and scope notes.

Why it matters

Severity and business-impact notes tied to enquiries, bookings, sales, access or trust.

What to fix first

A prioritised action plan your developer or agency can work through.

Annual plans: twelve monthly reports for the price of eleven, billed annually in advance. Monthly plans begin with an initial three-month term and then continue monthly.

Essential Monthly QA Report

A starting point for genuinely simple websites — one primary journey, up to 10 pages

£199£2,189/month/year

12 reports for the price of 11

Best for: smaller business websites with one key enquiry or booking journey.

Choose this if: your site is simple and you mainly need recurring confidence that the primary journey still works.

  • One scheduled review each month
  • Up to 10 pages · one agreed journey
  • Desktop and mobile review, agreed browser coverage
  • New, outstanding and resolved issue tracking
  • Updated QA score and screenshots
  • One prioritised next action
  • Concise PDF report

Outside scope: ecommerce checkout, multiple roles, complex integrations and broad regression coverage.

Complex/Ecommerce Monthly QA Report

For ecommerce, SaaS, membership and subscription platforms, complex bookings, multiple journeys, and account or payment functionality

From £449From £4,939/month/year

12 reports for the price of 11

Best for: higher-risk websites with payment, account, booking, subscription or integration complexity.

Choose this if: the important risks cannot be covered by three journeys and two agreed browsers.

  • One scheduled QA review each month
  • Agreed page scope · up to five customer journeys
  • Expanded desktop and mobile coverage
  • Wider agreed browser coverage
  • New, outstanding and resolved issue tracking
  • Month-to-month QA score comparison
  • Detailed risk assessment
  • Extended PDF report

Outside scope: repair work, guaranteed defect-free releases and unscoped third-party system testing.

The page and journey limits describe the agreed review scope rather than every possible page, browser, device and data combination. Testing uses a defined risk-based browser and device matrix agreed before the first review. Fix verification of previous findings happens within the next scheduled report unless purchased separately. One consolidated PDF report per review. Major releases, newly added journeys, complex integrations and multiple user roles are quoted separately or belong in the Complex/Ecommerce plan.

The baseline audit gives you a complete starting position. Monthly reports then track what changed, which issues remain and which fixes have been verified. The £495 baseline is priced separately from monthly and annual plans — it is not discounted or credited, and complex sites may need a larger baseline quote.

Quarterly reviews for stable websites. Not every website changes enough to justify a monthly review forever. After the baseline audit and an initial three-month reporting period, stable websites may move to a quarterly QA review where appropriate. Quarterly reviews are scoped and priced at the end of the initial monthly period — ask about quarterly reviews.

Add scheduled checks between monthly reviews

Monthly audits provide discovery, professional judgement and broad customer-journey coverage. Scheduled automated checks add repetition by checking a small number of agreed journeys between reports.

Optional add-on

Scheduled checks — one journey

From £99/month

One agreed customer journey checked automatically at an agreed schedule between monthly reports.

Optional add-on

Scheduled checks — up to three journeys

From £149/month

Up to three agreed customer journeys checked automatically at an agreed schedule between monthly reports.

Checks run at an agreed schedule and cover only the specifically documented journeys. Automated checks do not include website repair, emergency support or a guarantee that every possible website problem will be detected.

One-off services and add-ons

  • Evidence-led findings and a practical next action

Request a Focused Audit

Fix Verification Retest — £149

An independent retest confirming, with evidence, whether a reported fix now works.

Additional customer journey — from £75

Extend an audit or monthly plan with a further agreed customer journey.

Priority turnaround — from £100

Faster delivery where capacity allows. Subject to capacity — there is no guaranteed emergency turnaround.

A short scope check before any work begins

No payment is taken online. Your website, priority journey, safe test access and best-fit service are agreed first, so you do not pay for a bigger audit than you need.

1. Share the website

  • Send the public URL and the journey or concern you most want checked.

2. Confirm the scope

  • Baseline, focused, monthly or agency scope is agreed before testing starts.

3. Receive evidence

  • You get plain-English findings, screenshots where relevant and a clear next action.

Independent QA support for web agencies

White-label pre-launch audits, monthly client-site reports, multi-site QA programmes and fix verification. Agency pricing is based on the number of websites, customer journeys, reporting requirements and testing frequency — there is no universal per-site price, because client websites don't carry universal risk.

Websites change over time. A monthly report identifies new issues, tracks outstanding findings, verifies completed fixes and shows whether the overall QA position improved or declined.
It is recommended because it establishes the original issue register, customer journeys and QA score used for later comparisons. Smaller websites may be able to begin monthly reporting after an initial scope review.
No. Many stable websites move to a quarterly QA review after the initial monthly period. Frequently changing or commercially critical websites usually stay on monthly reporting.
No. The core service is a scheduled professional QA review delivered as a monthly report. Optional automated checks can run between reports for specifically agreed journeys, but they are not continuous human monitoring or emergency support.
No. They are an optional add-on for customers who want repeat checks of one or more agreed journeys between monthly reviews.
The agreed alert includes available failure evidence. It does not include emergency repair or an unlimited support response. The exact frequency, notification process and response scope are agreed before setup.

Testing follows the agreed scope and prioritises the pages and journeys with the greatest customer or business impact.
Yes, subject to scope and safe test access. Coverage depends on the platform, payment setup, test environment and whether a real transaction can be avoided.
Yes, where the agreed tests can be performed safely. Some account, checkout or integration scenarios may require a staging environment, sandbox or dedicated test account.
Annual plans are billed in advance and provide twelve scheduled monthly reports for the price of eleven. The baseline audit is priced separately unless a custom bundle is agreed.
Yes. Multi-site and white-label reporting options are available by agreement.
Delivery time depends on the selected service, agreed scope and current availability. The expected delivery date is confirmed before work begins.
